Behind a fine performance from Rubén López, the Richland Rails knocked off the Tacoma Fur Traders, 12-1. López hit 3 home runs, while adding 7 RBI and scoring three times for the Rails. Richland goes to 6-4.

With Richland leading 9-0 in the bottom of the seventh, López batted against Tacoma pitcher Francisco Alonzo. López hit a sinker to left for a 3-run home run. His 3rd home run of the season put the Rails on top, 12-0.
