Billy Goats Win with Late Rally

The Colorado Billy Goats knocked off the Boston Patriots, 4-3, in United States Premier League action at Grazing Hills. Colorado pitcher and Barnegat, New Jersey, native Lou Bancroft had an outstanding performance. Min Der, now 3-3, was credited with the win in 2 innings of relief. He allowed no runs on no hits, while striking out 1 and walking 0. The 5th-place Billy Goats lifted their record to 30-31.
The game-ending blow was delivered by Mac Kenzie in the bottom of the 11th. That's when he hit a run-scoring double off 22-year old right-handed pitcher Yong-hyun Kim to win it for Colorado and cause the home crowd to erupt in celebration.
"Lou did a heck of a job," said Colorado manager Mack Kilkeary.
