The Charleston Battery picked up a win at Charleston Armory, knocking off the Kingston Ponies, 1-0. Starting pitcher Gary Mosley played a key role in the triumph. The Ponies, now 42-52, have lost 4 in a row.

The Battery got a clutch hit from first baseman Kane Tucker. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Battery.

"Our team found a way to get it done," said Mosley.
