The Tacoma Fur Traders gave their fans something to talk about with a thrilling, walk-off win.

The Tacoma Fur Traders faced a tough opponent in Yakima pitcher Tim Ryan, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Ballpark of Tacoma by a final score of 3-2 in 10 innings. Ryan went 6.1 innings and allowed no runs. Whitney Westcott notched the win in relief. The right-hander allowed 2 runs on 1 hit in 2 innings. His record now sits at 1-1.

The Fur Traders got a clutch hit from pinch hitter Jorge Sánchez. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Fur Traders.

"We had the eye of a tiger tonight," said winning manager Owen Kieffer.

The loss drops Yakima to 8-12.
