The Casper Ghosts beat the Richland Rails, 6-5, at Rails Ballpark. Francisco Hernández, who leads the 3AA in bases on balls with 21, starred for Casper. He was 3-5 with a double and 2 singles. The winning pitcher was 23-year old right-handed pitcher Júlio Ramírez. He tossed 100 pitches over 5 innings, allowing 4 runs on 10 hits. Don Walker picked up his 4th save of the season.

Roberto Inostraza had a key at-bat with one out in the top of the fourth for Casper. With the bases loaded and the Ghosts leading 5-4, he grounded out, driving in 1 run.
