Seattle Rocketeers starter Manuel Bernal had all his pitches working at Boeing Dome. His stellar performance paved the way for an easy 8-0 Seattle win over the Toronto Thunder. José Correa picked up the save for Seattle, his 15th of the year. With this game in the books, Seattle is 36-36, Toronto 40-32.

The Rocketeers got a big hit from catcher Juan Rivera. Facing Toronto pitcher Devin Hancock in the bottom of the fifth, Rivera pounded a run-scoring double to center. His 6th double of the season put the Rocketeers ahead, 2-0.

Said losing manager Jordan Smith: "At the end of the day, we've got to play better."
