Richland right-hander Chris Murton helped his team edge Barton Springs by the score of 3-2 in 10 innings. Murton kept the opposing lineup in check. The win went to Kent Coleman in relief. His record improves to 1-3. Leon Mannini took the loss. The slumping Blues have lost 6 straight.
The Rails got a clutch hit from shortstop Andy Farris. In the bottom of the tenth, he hit a run-scoring single to right, to win the game for the Rails.
