The Richland Rails extended their winning streak.
In a tight game between the Richland Rails and the Lancaster Farmers, pitcher Stan Carter was terrific on the mound. The Richland right-hander helped his team to the 3-0 win. Richland has rattled off 6 straight wins.
Carter, who dominated for Richland, earned the victory to move to 6-7. He was in control the whole game, scattering 3 hits over 8 innings, while striking out 6. Lancaster batters could never bunch up enough hits to produce a rally.
