Sixshooters Rally to Nose Past Richland
|
The Westwood Sixshooters racked up a win at Sixshooters Stadium, bumping off the Richland Rails, 3-2, in 10 innings. Juan Carlos Rodríguez, who started for Westwood, pitched effectively for his team. Westwood bumps their record to 47-55 with the win.
The Sixshooters got a clutch hit from first baseman Robert Scott. In the bottom of the tenth, he hit a run-scoring single to center, to win the game for the Sixshooters.
"We were determined to pick up this win," said Scott.
