The home team gave their fans plenty to cheer about, with a thrilling walk-off win.

St. Petersburg second baseman Stanford Logan helped his team beat the Philadelphia Liberty Academy, 7-6. Logan, who was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2058 draft, went 3 for 4 for the Thunder. St. Petersburg has a record of 2-5.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With two out, Logan hit a fastball from Cisco Cervantes for a run-scoring single. The Thunder, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"You need to show up when your number's called," said Logan.
