Liberty Academy Win 7-6 Nail-Biter Versus Turbeaus
The Philadelphia Liberty Academy outlasted the Gulf Coast Turbeaus, 7-6, in 13 innings. Philadelphia left fielder Erik Limond stood out with his performance. He went 3 for 5 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 3 times and drove in 3. The win went to Bob Emerson in relief, making him now 2-0. Lambert Fierant took the loss for Gulf Coast. Philadelphia has a mark of 8-12 after the win.

The decisive at-bat for Philadelphia came with two out in the bottom of the 13th. With runners on 1st and 3rd, Limond hit a 2-run double for the walk-off win.
