The Hollywood Shredders sent the home crowd home ecstatic.

The Hollywood Shredders had to overcome a fine effort from Seattle pitcher Jason Cox to win, 3-2, in 11 innings at The Hollywood Bowl. Cox went 8.1 innings and allowed no runs. Hollywood, now 38-46, holds down 8th place in the Premier League.

The Shredders got a clutch hit from third baseman Soo-keun Yi. In the bottom of the 11th, he hit a run-scoring single to center, to win the game for the Shredders.

In postgame comments, Yi said he was glad to contribute to an exciting win.
