The Minnesota Loons picked up a win at The Igloo, dropping the Billings Polar Bears, 6-5. José Aguilar was the difference-maker. Taki Ohayashi, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 4th save. Billings's current losing streak is now 4 games.

The game was at a stalemate until center fielder Aurelio Morales came to bat in the top of the eighth. Facing Billings pitcher Wayne Horne, he hit a 2-2 fastball for a run-scoring single. It was a game-changer, putting Minnesota on top, 6-5.

"Nice to tuck this win away," said Morales.
