The New Orleans Voodoo thumped the Seattle Rocketeers, 9-1, at The Voodoo Lounge. Janpey Kille was a big reason his team got the win. Kille slugged 2 home runs, while scoring 3 and driving in 3. The win makes New Orleans 58-43.

With New Orleans leading 2-1 in the bottom of the sixth, Kille hit a sinker from Rodrigo Herrera for a 2-run home run. It was his 22nd home run of the season and put the Voodoo ahead, 4-1.

"Very pleased with the effort on our side," said Kille.
