Vancouver used a well-timed hit by Steve Harris to capture the win. The catcher socked a run-scoring double in the top of the third inning to put the Grey Wolves ahead, 1-0. Though it was his only hit in 5 at-bats, it was important.

"We're one game closer to our goal," Vancouver manager David Krause said later. "It isn't any more complicated than that."
