Rails Clip Loons, 4-3, in R1 Contest

Behind a bravura effort from starter Bo George, the Richland Rails topped the Minnesota Loons by the score of 4-3 and got their first win in the 2061 3L AA Championship. George threw 6.0 innings of 4-hit ball for the Rails. The win moves Richland into a 1-1 tie with Minnesota.
Kyle Nelson hit a bases-clearing triple off Don Perry in the top of the seventh, which put the Rails in front, 4-1. In addition to the triple, Nelson had 1 single and 1 walk, while going 2 for 4.
"Trying isn't good enough in this league," said Nelson. "You've got to get results."
The next game is set to be played for Saturday, September 24th , 2061 at Rails Ballpark in Richland.
