Wagner Tosses 3-0 Shutout Against Caldwell Sunday, August 12th , 2057 Allen Wagner of the Walla Walla Walleye toyed with the Caldwell Chiefs, as he shut them out, 3-0, at Pipers Ballpark. He was almost untouchable, twirling a 5-hitter with 3 strikeouts and 1 walk. "I'm sweating now because it's hot in here," Wagner said in the clubhouse after the game. "But it didn't even feel like I was sweating out there." Wagner has made 16 starts, tossed 101.2 innings, struck out 80 batters and walked 37.
