On a Roll: Xú Hits for Cycle Monday, September 2nd , 2058 Ni Xú showed off his speed, his power and his plate discipline at The BFIB, putting together all facets of his game to hit for the cycle in the Athletic Club KC win. The 25-year-old third baseman went 4-for-6, collecting 1 single, 1 double, 1 triple and 1 home run to help the Athletic Club KC top the St. Louis Coeur by a score of 12-2. A jubilant Xú told reporters afterward that the experience was "unimaginable." "Seriously, I would have been happy going 1-for-6 with just the double," he said. "So this feels incredible." For the day, Xú finished with 3 runs batted in and 2 runs scored to go with his 4 hits. Ni Xú singled in the 1st, tripled in the 2nd, flied out in the 4th, hit a three-run home run off Luis Estrada in the 6th, doubled in the 8th and struck out in the 9th.
