Rehab Road Tough for Dirty Reds Eric Talley Sunday, July 1st , 2063 Yesterday Dayton starting pitcher Eric Talley sustained a setback in his recovery from shoulder inflammation. The Dirty Reds medical staff told him it would be at least 8 months before he will be able to return to action. Talley told reporters, "The healing process has gone extremely well. This is just a little hiccup and a little setback." Apparently Talley worked a little too hard in a recent workout and caused more damage. His doctors have advised him to do only light exercise and give the injury time to heal. Eric Talley is expected to undergo surgery in Dayton(Ohio) tomorrow. |
