The Dayton Dirty Reds shortstop shined through the month of August and has won the Batter of the Month award. The 22-year-old hit .430 with 9 home runs, 29 RBIs and 21 runs scored. Thus far this year, Salinas is batting .378 with 31 home runs, 91 RBIs and 82 runs scored. |
