Boston, Dayton Confirm Deal Sunday, January 1st , 2062 In an effort to add some depth to its roster, the Boston Patriots have swapped 30-year old LF Roberto Soto and $1 in cash to the Dayton Dirty Reds for $5 in cash. The Patriots GM told reporters, "We saw a chance to upgrade our ball club and took it." Boston will retain a portion of Soto's remaining contract. In his career, Soto has hit .278 with 364 hits, 70 home runs, 200 RBIs and scored 215 runs. |
