Coral Reefers Broome Lost for Year Saturday, August 30th, 2036 The season is apparently over for Jacob Broome. The Key West Coral Reefers medical staff informed the club that the starting pitcher will be out at least 4 months with a bone spur in his elbow. Broome was hurt in the game against Pennsauken while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. To date this year Broome has compiled a 2-6 mark with a 4.39 ERA in 17 starts. |
