Ft. Myers Loses Frederick Anderson for Season Wednesday, July 13th , 2061 Frederick Anderson will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Ft. Myers reliever could miss the remainder of the year. Anderson was injured while throwing a pitch in the Marlins-Fog clash at Fog Park recently. Doctors said he has a torn ulnar collateral ligament and would be out a minimum of 12 months. This year, Anderson has made 8 relief appearances with 2 saves. In 6.1 innings, he has fanned 6 hitters and recorded 2 wins and no losses with a 0.00 ERA. |
