Consecutive-Game Hit Streak Continues for Boden Sunday, July 16th , 2062 Jonathan Boden has been on a tear for several weeks, and his hitting streak just keeps getting longer. The 37-year-old Milton Dogfish Head designated hitter extended his streak to 20 games, going 2-for-5 as Milton got the best of the Plymouth Rocks at Plymouth Quarry, 6-3. "Jonathan has been playing real well lately and we're proud of him," Dogfish Head manager Brian Burt said. Jonathan Boden grounded out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, struck out in the 5th, singled in the 7th and struck out in the 8th. |
