Ai-de Lau Wins 3AAA Trophy Monday, August 8th , 2061 After all of Ai-de Lau's years in baseball, some have suggested -- albeit very delicately -- that he should think about calling it quits. But the "mature adult," as he calls himself, showed last week that he's still capable of keeping up with the youngsters. The 36-year-old Sunset District left fielder was honored today as the M3L Triple A Player of the Week. He fended off all comers by posting a .500 average with 8 hits in 16 at-bats, 4 home runs and 6 RBIs. In 2061 Lau has hit at a .333 clip with 15 hits, 5 home runs, 12 RBIs and has scored 10 times. |
