The Port Royal relief specialist was very effective, constantly coming in and getting his club out of trouble or protecting a one-run or two-run lead. the Port Royal bullpen ace starred with 4 saves in 10 relief appearances, logging 15 innings, 10 strikeouts, 6 walks and a 0.60 ERA. Pérez finished the month with 3 wins and no losses -- and was named the league's top pitcher. This season Pérez has worked 40 innings in 32 relief appearances and picked up 13 saves. He has dished out 35 strikeouts and walked 10 with a 7-4 mark and a 2.48 ERA. |
