3AAA's Top Hitter Selected Friday, September 1st , 2056 A hot-hitting Héctor Chávez punished 3AAA pitchers in August, hitting .356 in 21 games while racking up 7 home runs, 14 RBIs and 19 runs scored. With those numbers it came as no surprise that Florida's 26-year-old first baseman earned M3L Triple A Batter of the Month honors. Chávez is batting .279 with 20 home runs and 53 RBIs this season. |
