Blitzkrieg Sakata Lost for Year Friday, August 25th , 2062 Minoru Sakata will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Port Huron reliever could miss the remainder of the year. Sakata was injured while throwing a pitch in the Blitzkrieg-ParksNRec clash at Whips Ballpark recently. Doctors said he has shoulder inflammation and would be out a minimum of 4 months. This year, Sakata has registered no saves in 16 relief appearances. He has also compiled a 1-3 won-lost mark with a 7.62 ERA. In 26 innings he has fanned 27. |
