Port Huron's McDonald Snags September Batting Title Thursday, October 1st , 2054 For a rookie just breaking in, Ralph McDonald certainly put together a successful month. It was good enough to win the 3AAA Batter of the Month award for September. The 28-year-old right fielder for the Port Huron Blitzkrieg hit .351 with 3 home runs, 8 RBIs and 8 runs scored. McDonald has hit for a .244 career average and totaled 285 hits, 56 home runs and 174 RBIs. |
