Meyer's Season Could be Over Thursday, August 31st , 2062 David Meyer will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Plymouth reliever could miss the remainder of the year. Meyer was injured while throwing a pitch in the Rocks-ParksNRec clash at Plymouth Quarry recently. Doctors said he has a torn rotator cuff and would be out a minimum of 7 months. Over the season, Meyer has made 6 relief appearances with no saves. He has K'd 27 batters in 36.1 innings, yielded 19 walks and has a 6.44 ERA. Meyer's record this year is 2-3. |
