Top Pitcher Award Announced by 3AAA Friday, October 8th , 2060 Dan Hewitt walked away with the top pitching honors in the M3L Triple A this year. The Plymouth Rocks starter was named the Outstanding Pitcher Award winner for 2060 earlier today. This outstanding 21-year-old hurler fashioned a fine 11-6 won-lost record in 18 starts. He threw 137 innings, giving up 96 hits and 29 walks and holding opponents to a .194 average. Hewitt struck out 128 and posted a 2.30 ERA. He received 11 first place votes out of a possible 12. George Taylor of the Hamilton Thunderbirds finished second in voting, while Ricky Dotson of the Hialeah Dodos finished third.
