Chin Sizzles -- Smokes Starks for 5 Hits Thursday, May 11th , 2062 Siu-chung Chin exploded for a barrage of base hits at Stark Stadium. The Bakersfield center fielder had a field day in his team's 15-3 triumph over the Syracuse Starks, finishing 5-for-6. "My hitting philosophy is simple," he said. "I focus on just seeing the ball and I try to get a good pitch." Chin must have focused at least 5 times and apparently got some good pitches, too, leading to one of his best days ever with the bat. Siu-chung Chin hit an RBI single in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 7th and doubled in the 9th.
