Flores Pounds SAAA Pitchers This Week Monday, June 15th , 2054 A hot-hitting week got Pablo Flores the USSL Triple A Player of the Week trophy. He really wore out his welcome with league pitchers. The Norfolk center fielder slammed them for a .533 average, 8 hits in 15 at-bats, 3 home runs, 6 RBIs and scored 5 runs. In the postgame press conference, Flores shared his hitting philosophy with the BNN scribes: "Just look for the seams and hit between them... nothin' more than that." For the season Flores has hit .291 with 3 home runs and 9 RBIs. He has played in 34 games and scored 16 times. |
