Thomas Gone for Season in Monongahela Tuesday, June 25th , 2047 The season is ending on a bad note for Brian Thomas, starting pitcher for the Monongahela Monsters. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Thomas was hurt against the Norfolk Pajaritos while throwing a pitch. He suffered radial nerve compression and will be out for at least 5-6 months. To this point in the season, Thomas shows a 2-1 record, 5 starts, 22.2 innings, 24 strikeouts and a 4.37 ERA. |
