Tortolita Loses Kyle Warren, Will Miss Season Sunday, June 10th , 2063 Kyle Warren will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Tortolita reliever could miss the remainder of the year. Warren was injured while throwing a pitch in the Drummers-Rocks clash at Plymouth Quarry recently. Doctors said he has a ruptured ulnar collateral ligament and would be out a minimum of 13-14 months. Thus far this season, Warren has compiled a 1-0 record, made 9 relief appearances with 4 saves, hurling 7 innings and striking out 8. He has held the opposition to a .222 batting average with a 1.29 ERA. |
