Hit Parade: Hewat Pops 5 Hits Wednesday, June 15th , 2061 The 5th time is the charm -- at least for Roy Hewat. The center fielder for the Port Huron Blitzkrieg hit the milestone against the Monongahela Monsters, helping his club to a narrow 11-10 victory. Hewat finished with a 5-for-7 line at the plate. "Hewat was a tough out," Monongahela manager Sancho Tornero told the press in the postgame interview. "If it weren't for him, I think we had this one." Roy Hewat struck out in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Xavier MartÃnez in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 5th, singled in the 7th, singled in the 8th, flied out in the 9th and hit an RBI single in the 11th.
