Red Pandas Greg Reese to Miss Year Saturday, June 24th , 2062 Sioux Falls center fielder Greg Reese could miss the remainder of the season because of a broken kneecap. He exited yesterday's Austin game after injuring himself while running the bases. The original diagnosis said Reese would be out 4-5 months. Later on his doctors said he could be out even longer. "He's done," his manager commented at the BNN press conference. "It's a season-ending injury, but it could have been worse. It's not the worst-case scenario, so we're happy about that." In his 2062 season totals, Reese has 7 home runs, .248 BA, .286 OBP, 28 RBIs and 17 runs scored. |
