Flowers Week's #1 Player Monday, June 27th , 2061 All week long nobody could get Walt Flowers out in the USSL Triple A and that is the prime reason he was voted the Player of the Week. The Syracuse shortstop took home the trophy by blasting 12 hits in 25 at-bats for a .480 batting average, driving in 6 runs and scoring 5 times. Currently Flowers is batting .253 with 40 hits and 9 home runs. He has knocked in 25 runs and scored 17 times. |
