SAAA Selects Carmona July's Best Pitcher Wednesday, August 1st , 2063 José Carmona is the latest USSL Triple A Pitcher of the Month award winner. The Syracuse starter stood out on the hill time and again last month and finished July with a sparkling 3-0 record. In 4 starts last month, he fanned 21, walked 10 in 30.2 innings and posted a 0.29 ERA. Carmona held opposing teams to a .144 batting average when he was on the mound. This year, Carmona has fanned 65 in 78.2 innings and collected a 7-2 record with a 2.29 ERA. |
