Liberty Reserves Johnson Out Rest Of Season Friday, August 12th , 2061 The season is apparently over for Bobby Johnson. The Philadelphia Liberty Reserves medical staff informed the club that the starting pitcher will be out at least 4 months with radial nerve compression. Johnson was hurt in the game against Tortolita while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. This season to date, Johnson has a record of 6 wins and 5 losses with a 3.04 ERA, has appeared in 13 games and struck out 61 in 77 innings. |
