SAAA Names Top Player of the Week Monday, August 20th , 2063 The premier performer in the USSL Triple A this week was Mike Wheeler of the Milton Dogfish Head. The hot-hitting 26-year-old first baseman put up a .529 average and .579 on-base percentage, piling up 9 hits in 17 at-bats, no home runs, 4 RBIs and 2 runs scored. That kind of hitting got him the SAAA Player of the Week honors. Wheeler is swinging at a .283 pace on the year with 3 home runs, 32 RBIs and 30 runs scored. He has played in 81 games. |
