No Playoff Berth Coming for Syracuse Tuesday, September 6th , 2061 They hung tough, but ultimately, it won't be a championship year for the Syracuse Squirrel Monkeys. Today, the team was mathematically eliminated from qualifying for the postseason. Before this season, the Squirrel Monkeys last missed the playoffs in 2048. In the 22 years they have been a USSL Triple A franchise, they have made the playoffs 7 times. In the last 10 seasons, the Squirrel Monkeys have missed the playoffs 5 times. Syracuse last won the SL AAA Championship in 2053. |
