Bothof Removed; Fired by Austin Black Mambas Thursday, October 27th , 2061 The Austin Black Mambas finally pulled the trigger today, firing manager Perry Bothof. Bothof was rumored to be on the chopping block for some time, and the team ownership had apparently had enough of the club's lack of success. "We had a good relationship, but we just didn't make enough progress under his leadership," general manager said. "We thought we gave him everything he needed for success, but it just didn't happen." No replacement has been named. |
