Hops Davis to Miss Year Friday, August 19th , 2061 The season is ending on a bad note for Tanner Davis, starting pitcher for the Yakima Hops. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Davis was hurt against the Tacoma Fur Traders while throwing a pitch. He suffered shoulder inflammation and will be out for at least 4-5 months. This season, Davis has crafted a 5-4 mark with a 3.59 ERA in 107.2 innings. Opposing clubs are batting .234 against him and he has 81 strikeouts. |
