Red-Hot Ben Scorches Highlanders Sunday, June 17th, 2035 Marc Ben really sizzled at the plate in today's 12-2 win over Highlanders. The Ft. Polk South catcher blistered Asheville for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. "Ben was too tough to get out today," the Highlanders skipper said in the postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too." Marc Ben hit a two-run double in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th, flied out in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 9th.
