Polk South Thunder Hawks shut down the Lake Murray MotorBoaters, 13-0, on 5 hits, while ringing up 11 strikeouts and allowing 2 walks. After the game Mixson said, "Guys have been fouling off a lot of pitches lately and I've been getting into too many deep pitch counts, but I'm pleased with the way things went today.
