Mrevlishvili Torches Atoms for 5 Hits Sunday, September 13th , 2054 There are moments in a player's career that they will not soon forget. Vladmir Mrevlishvili of the Yakima Hops had one such moment at Hops Park today, when he went 5 for 6 at the plate. His hitting heroics weren't enough to pull out the victory, however, and Yakima fell to a 11-5 defeat to the Bethesda Atoms. "This was quite a day for me individually, but a little disheartening at the same time," the 23-year-old third baseman told reporters in the postgame interview. "It would have been very special if we had won the game." Vladmir Mrevlishvili grounded out in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, doubled in the 6th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
