Bethesda Wins 2062 PL AA Championship! Sunday, September 24th , 2062 The Bethesda Atoms were good enough to get past the Ithaca Fighting Imps at Imps Park today and secure the 4th championship in franchise history. "When you wear Atoms on your shirt, you're good at something," Bethesda skipper Esteban Garza told the press. Atoms shortstop Brett Alexander was named MVP of the series after he went .636 with 1 home run and 4 RBI. "It feels totally incredible," Alexander said. "I could live to 1,000 years old and I'd remember this moment." The new champions capped off a great season with a 4-2 victory over the Fighting Imps to win the PL AA Championship 2-1.
