Chris Hamm Sidelined for Season Tuesday, August 16th , 2061 When North Ft. Myers starting pitcher Chris Hamm was taken out of the game, the crowd at the Gators-Baby Blues game went silent as they could tell that it was a serious injury. That was confirmed today by doctors when they revealed that Hamm had sustained a torn labrum and will be out for about 8 months. To date this season, Hamm has registered 12 starts, 4-2 won-lost mark, 1.70 ERA, 69 IP, 62 strikeouts and 27 walks. Opposing teams have hit .208 against him. |
