Great Stroke: Andrade Gets 5 Hits Sunday, May 27th , 2063 The MSL Echo Park Lakers stopped the MSL St. Louis Coeur by a score of 19-9 at MSL Echo Park Ballpark, with the lion's share of the credit going to right fielder Ángel Andrade. The 18-year-old had a career day, collecting 5 hits. "Every batter wants to have a quality at-bat every time he steps up to the plate," Andrade said later. "He wants to hit the ball hard." Andrade did just that in his 6 at-bats, much to the chagrin of the Coeur. "Not much that I can say," offered MSL St. Louis manager Harunobu Matsushita. "He just hammered the heck out of us." Ángel Andrade singled in the 2nd, hit a three-run home run off Qi-chao Wang in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Michinaga Imamura in the 5th, struck out in the 6th, hit a three-run home run off Juhani Siltala in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 8th.
